You tell them.
It means simply making the residents aware that shopping with local businesses this holiday season will ensure that their community remains a great place to live.

Shopping local is essential for keeping our community ours!
One of my personal reasons to shop local is that the more independent businesses there are the more independent artisans their are. That means the more individuals personally putting their unique thoughts and creations out there in a world. What would our democracy be without our many diverse voices?
